APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY
How we work
The first step in the strategic supply process is to identify clear expectations for material, products, and services within the clients’ supply chain. In this step, analysis of expenses for raw materials, finished products as well as services such as quality control, sample room management and parcel distribution is performed.

Then, a detailed comparison of current and prospective product and service suppliers is made and the suppliers providing the lowest total cost while meeting all other expectations are selected.

In the last stage, a structure for continuous improvement is developed by designing processes that ensure regular monitoring of the performance of suppliers and service providers.

From Paris to Seoul, the coolest bag of the hour is Belgian. The original It bag for kids. In 2012 Hélène Fransen and Bruno Piers designed the first model at their kitchen table in Ostend for their son Ralph.
Our mission is to translate the runway to the playground in an affordable way. Recognizing the right accents in fashion and showing them in a child-like manner is our strength.
Our standard models excel in their colorful, kid-friendly designs and are crafted from high quality materials making them sturdy yet feather-light.
